What we collect

RemitCompare is a free comparison tool. When you use the comparison feature, your request (transfer amount and corridor) is sent to our server to return fee data. We do not store this request data beyond the scope of the HTTP response. We do not collect names, email addresses, or payment information.

Cookies

We do not set any tracking or analytics cookies. The application may use essential session cookies required by the web framework, which are automatically cleared when you close your browser.

Third-party data

The fee and exchange rate data shown is sourced from publicly available information and is provided for indicative purposes only. We do not share your request data with any third party.

Rate limiting

To protect service availability, we apply rate limiting based on IP address. IP addresses are held in memory only for the duration of the rate-limit window and are never persisted to disk.
